Wow! All that is worth every drop of sweat! The instructor team was incredible. The natural beauty of Thailand is awe inspiring.

Some personal changes I noticed post-training:

1. Deeper awareness of emotions,
2. Higher tolerance of increased heart rate,
3. Deeper focus and concentration during asanas,
4, Greatly reduced/eliminated knee pain when walking down stairs,
5. Thankfulness (to be part of the PHY Satsang),
6. Increased awareness of Pranayama practice benefits
