Part A is a practical and physical course for yoga practitioners of all levels (minimum yoga practice 6 months). On this course you’ll deep dive into the 84 classical Hatha yoga postures and their variations. Dev Kapil and PHY teams of assistant teachers will provide hands-on adjustments to take your practice to a level that you thought you could only achieve in your wildest dreams.
In addition, Dev will demystify the many different steps of Yoga practices, e.g., Kriyas, Yoga Nidra, Vayayama, Bhandas and the 8 limbs of Raja Yoga.

The Path to 300-Hour Certification and Proficiency
18-20 April, 2027
Part B of our program represents the culmination of your journey towards achieving the coveted 300-hour certification. Upon successful completion, you will be fully equipped to lead and teach Progressive Hatha Yoga classes, encompassing a comprehensive repertoire of 55 postures.
This certification signifies not only your proficiency but also your readiness to inspire and guide others on their yoga paths.
