Szilvia Nándori
Assistant Trainer
Szilvia has been practicing Bikram yoga since 2008. She has graduated as an economist and she has balanced her professional work with her deep passion for sports and wellbeing, which have consistently been central to her life as both a teacher and practitioner.
Her fitness journey began in 1997, and after 11 years of teaching and competing in aerobics, fitness, and dance, she finally discovered the challenge she had long sought in Bikram yoga. This practice enabled her to push beyond her physical and mental limits.
During her 10 years of teaching experience in Bikram yoga, Szilvia has conducted yoga classes in Hungary, Belgium, and Thailand and she regularly participates in different teacher trainings and workshops to continually enhance and deepen her knowledge. For her, the essence of life is freedom, and yoga offers this in abundance—enabling her to live and think more freely, both physically and mentally, in all aspects of life.
