9 Weeks Bikram Yoga Teacher Training
With Progressive Hatha Yoga
A transformational teacher training designed for dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers who are ready to deepen their practice and develop the confidence and skills to inspire and guide others with clarity and purpose.
Unlike large-scale teacher trainings where students can feel lost in the crowd, Progressive Hatha Yoga offers a personal approach with:
- Small training groups
- Individual posture corrections
- Direct mentorship and guidance
- Extensive teaching practice
- Personal feedback throughout the journey
Because becoming a great teacher requires more than information.
It requires experience, support, and the confidence that comes from being personally guided.
Transform Your Practice Into the Ability to Transform Others
Many people begin their yoga journey because they experience the powerful physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the practice.
The most impactful teachers share knowledge that has been lived, tested, and experienced through their own journey — through years of practice, personal breakthroughs, challenges, physical limitations, injuries, adjustments, and moments of growth.
- You can read about yoga.
- You can study anatomy.
- You can memorize techniques.
But true understanding comes from experiencing the practice in your own body and learning how to navigate the journey yourself.
Over Nine Immersive Weeks, You Will Develop:
The Knowledge
Understand the principles, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology behind authentic Bikram Yoga.
The Confidence
Learn how to communicate clearly, lead a room, and teach with presence.
The Skill
Practice teaching, receive corrections, refine your technique, and develop your own authentic teaching voice.
The Community
Join a global family of teachers and practitioners who share a commitment to authentic yoga.
By the end of your training, you won’t simply hold a certificate.
You will have the experience and confidence to step in front of a class and teach.

Yes. Part A is designed to be highly flexible, allowing you to create your own daily study schedule and balance the training with work or other responsibilities.
